// Xero integration
Xero, connected to your practice.On official APIs. On your accounts.
We build the Xero integrations your apps don't cover: onboarding, document intake and reporting across every client organisation, with drafts your team approves.
//where Xero practices lose time.
- 01
Gaps between apps
Your apps sync with Xero, but not with each other or your own workflow.
- 02
Many client organisations
Reporting across dozens of Xero organisations is rebuilt in spreadsheets.
- 03
API limits and costs
Since March 2026, Xero prices API access by connections and data used.
- 04
Uncontrolled automation
Scripts that post straight to the ledger with no record of who approved it.
//what we build for you.
An integration sprint
One integration, one to two weeks, £900–2,000, built on Xero's official API.
AI drafts with approval
Documents read by AI and written to Xero as drafts your team approves, every step logged.
Cross-client reporting
Figures from every connected organisation in one view, within Xero's rate limits.
- A person signs off every AI output
- Fixed price in writing
- You own the code and data

Questions from xero practices
01Who owns the Xero developer account?
Your practice. We build on accounts in your name, so you keep the app, the connections and the code.
02Which Xero API tier will we need?
It depends on how many client organisations connect: Starter covers 5, Core 50 and Plus 1,000. We size it in the workflow audit.
03How much does an integration cost?
£900–2,000 per integration, fixed in writing before we start. Prices exclude VAT; Xero's own API fees are separate.
04Can it write to the ledger?
Only as drafts for your team to approve, unless you decide otherwise in writing.
Start with two weeks and £950.
You get a map of your systems and a fixed price to fix them. If you build with us, the £950 comes off.
