Less re-typing. More reviewing.Software built around your practice.
We connect Xero and your practice systems, let AI read the documents clients send, and keep your team approving every entry before it reaches the books.

Questions from accounting practices
01Do you replace Xero or our practice software?
No. We build on top of the tools you already pay for and fill the gaps between them. We only suggest replacing a system when it can't do the job.
02Can AI post straight to the ledger?
We don't build it that way. AI prepares drafts; your staff approve them in Xero, and every step is logged.
03What does it cost?
A two-week workflow audit is £950, credited in full against a build agreed within 90 days. Pilots start from £3,000 and full builds run £8,000–25,000 in fixed-price phases. Prices exclude VAT.
04Who can see our clients' data?
Only the two of us, working from Pakistan. That's a restricted transfer under UK GDPR, so we will provide and sign a data processing agreement and the UK IDTA before any work on your data starts.
Start with two weeks and £950.
You get a map of your systems and a fixed price to fix them. If you build with us, the £950 comes off.
