Privacy notice

1. Who we are

VexraLabs is run by Syed Husnain Khalid and Muhammad Adam in Islamabad, Pakistan. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Contact us at hello@vexralabs.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, work email, firm name, website, the problems and services you pick, your message, timeline and budget.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a call or proposal. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you sent us. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list.

4. Who else handles it

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and processed by the company that hosts this website. Both act on our instructions.

We work from Pakistan, so reading your enquiry is a transfer of personal data outside the UK. We protect it with access limited to the two of us and with transfer safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement where they apply.

5. How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact if we don't work together. If we do, we keep it for the length of the engagement and as long as the law requires afterwards.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@vexralabs.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commission, the data protection regulator (ico.org.uk). In Canada, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
