01What do you build?

Custom CRMs, ERPs and integrations for regulated firms, with AI that reads documents and drafts work for a person to approve. We also make Filyst, our own product for immigration firms.

02Why not just buy software?

Buy it if it fits. We often build on top of what you already use. We build custom when your workflow doesn't fit, or your tools don't talk to each other.

03Is AI safe with client data?

AI reads and drafts; a person approves every output, and each step is logged. Anything with a right answer, like a total or a deadline, is calculated, not guessed. No automated decisions about people.

04Who owns the code and data?

You do: the code, the data and the documentation. You have admin access from day one, so another developer could take over.

05Your team is in Pakistan. How is our data protected?

Access from Pakistan is a restricted transfer under UK GDPR. Before we touch any client data, we will provide and sign a data processing agreement and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).

06When can we reach you?

Support runs Mon-Fri 15:00-19:00 UK. Calls are booked 15:00-17:30 UK, or 10:00-14:00 ET for Canada. If a system is down, we acknowledge within an hour inside support hours.

07Do you give financial, tax or immigration advice?

No. We build software. Decisions stay with your qualified staff.
